From
Page Properties panel you may define the page appearance and restrict access to the current page. Here you may set the page title, page header image, page URL, encoding, number of columns and protect the page using password and mailing list restriction.
To open Page Properties click the Control Panel option at the top right of your website Admin and select Page Properties. All page properties are grouped in 3 sections.
The main page properties - Page Title and Page Layout - appear inside the top section of Page Properties panel. The page title is the text displayed at the top of your browser, just after the site title. It is used to identify the page in Manage Pages panel and plays an important role in the Search Engine Optimization process.

The different Page Layouts may feature a different position of the navigations (or no navigation - for Splash page layout), different page header area height and others. You may switch through the different page layouts without any content loss.
Some content, though, might get hidden depending on the selected layout (for example, the navigation areas will get hidden with Splash page layout). Any hidden content will be displayed again as soon as you switch back to your original page layout.
Access Control
The Access Control section allows you to protect the page by password or email address authorization. Click Show Options to display it.

-
If you wish to restrict access to your page only to individuals who have been given a certain password, fill in the desired password in the Password field. Leave the Allow Only for Members of dropdown set to [No restriction]
-
You may also make the page accessible to all members of some
mailing list. From
Allow Only for Members of dropdown select a mailing list already added to your site.
-
You may also restrict access to your page by a combination of password and mailing list membership.
Special Features
To change the page URL, keywords and description, encoding, columns and page notification list open the Special Features section by clicking Show Options next to it.
In the Page URL field set the URL of the page. This URL will be displayed in the address bar of the browser. Make sure your page URL is made up of words that relate to the page content - this will help the proper indexation of your page by search engines.
In Keywords field enter a comma-separated list of keywords for your page. The page keywords, together with the Page Description, are meta data used during the Search Engine Optimization process. If these two fields are empty, the page will use the Site Keywords and Site Description, if such. if any, for SEO.
In Notify by email on publish you may choose a mailing list whose members will be notified by email every time you publish this page.
If you need to post content in a different language, you may select different encoding for this page from the Encoding dropdown.
You have flexible control over the page layout by defining the number of Text Columns your page should have, and the real estate allocated for each column (in percents). You may choose from several predefined column options, or enter custom column width, either in percents or pixels. If you split the page in columns, the Distance b/n Columns option will let you define the distance between the columns in pixels.
After you split your page in columns, in each column you may add the usual content elements - Text and Images, Image Galleries and others.
Page Layout
The Page Layout option accessible from the top left of your website Admin allows quick access to the Text Columns and Page Layout options described above.
